Built in 1910-1912 years on the most popular avenue of the city, with a sea view, this palace was ordered by Isa Bey Hajinskiy’s. Unique mix of architecture styles, this eclectic building is a creation of engineer Ivan Edel. Walls are decorated with graceful bas-relieves and mosaics in ancient Assyrian style, in shades of blue sea that waves nearby and reflects in palace’s windows.
Fragile arches and half-circle windows silhouettes were placed into the base of silk scarf design. Shades of blue and cobalt mosaic elements, as well as limestone tones present main color palette.
